Privacy Policy

Who we are

Stackure is operated by SY Innovations Pty Ltd. Each Stackure region is a separate deployment with its own database. This policy covers the deployment at https://stackure.com, including its MCP server for AI clients.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, job title and time zone.
• Your organization, roles, teams and the apps you can open.
• Partner signups and support requests, with the messages you write.
• Sign-in and session records. Links, codes, tokens and secrets are stored only as one-way hashes.
• The AI clients you connect: their name, host, access level and when they were used.
• An activity log of sign-ins and changes, with who acted, when, the IP address, the browser user agent and any AI client involved.

We do not receive your conversations with an AI client, or its memory or files.

Why

To sign you in, run Stackure for your organization, tell apps who you are when you open them, send sign-in and invitation emails, keep the activity log and protect Stackure against abuse. We have no ads or analytics. We do not sell personal information or use it to train AI models.

Who receives it

• People in your organization, and in the organizations above it, as their roles allow.
• Railway, which hosts Stackure, its database and its request logs, including IP addresses (privacy policy).
• An email delivery service, which receives each recipient's email address and the email.
• Apps you open, which receive your name, email address, organization and teams, and can look up the people and teams that have the app.
• The AI provider of any AI client you connect, which receives what the client reads from Stackure, under its own privacy policy. For Claude, that is Anthropic.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in.

How long we keep it

• Your organization's data is kept while the organization exists. Removing you deletes your profile, sessions, AI client connections and the support requests you sent.
• Partner signups are kept while the organization you applied to exists. An approved signup becomes your new organization.
• Activity log entries are kept for 1 year, even after a person is removed.
• Sign-in links work for 15 minutes and codes for 10 minutes. Sessions last up to 1 day. AI client connections end after 30 days without use, or 90 days after connecting. Expired sessions and connections are deleted.
• Closing an organization removes everything under it, except an archived record of the organization, kept while the organization above it exists, and its activity log, kept read-only for 1 year.

Where it is stored

This deployment is hosted by Railway in Europe, in the Netherlands, where its database is stored. Nothing is shared between regions. The email service, apps and AI providers listed above may process data in other countries.

Your choices and requests

You can see your details on your profile and sign out at any time, which ends every session and AI client. To get a copy of your data, or have it corrected or deleted, email us from the address you use with Stackure.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
